DR Paul Anastasiou

Having suffered from back and neck pain after several sports injuries over a decade ago,  I made my first visit to see a Chiropractor who was able to get me out of pain in just a couple of sessions.  I continued to have chiropractic care, because it helped me to maintain a better quality of health and wellbeing, and was a great addition to my sporting interests.

I became fascinated with this natural hands-on approach to healthcare, and my professional interest in manual therapies began in 2010 when I gained a diploma in personal training and  rehabilitation, and subsequently enjoyed the opportunity of working with a leading health and fitness club.

Since then, I completed a Masters degree in Chiropractic from BPP University. My areas of special interest (i.e. technique) include Neuroimpulse Protocol technique (NIP), this is ideal in dealing with  chronic unresolved  issues which may have been badly addressed in the past. I treat the entire body from head to to toe, every part of your body is important and so I treat whole-istically. Of course I am also registered with the General Chiropractic Council.

Choose your Care Wisely

Chiropractors treat a whole plethora of problems.  They take a holistic view of health and consider the whole person, not just the site of symptoms.  They have a special interest in the spine which houses and protects your central nervous system.   Your central nervous system is the master controller for sending, receiving, and interpreting information from all parts of your body.  Frequently our nervous systems can get  overwhelmed as it tries to keep up with the demands of daily living, frequesntly caused by problems in the bones, joints or ligaments.  Chiropractic helps to reorganise the nervous system by correcting any aberrant interference caused by bone , joints, ligaments and muscles.

"After years of suffering and putting up with a bad lower back, I decided to take the matter in hand when I gave up work. My Chiropractor was Paul and after some quite intensive treatment my back is so much better"

" Paul first treated me in July 2016. At the time I was taking more and more pain relief and this was as my last resort. The pain was due to osteoarthiritis and the difference it made from the very first visit has changed my life. He proved to me that there is an alternative way to deal with pain in my neck and spine. Give him a chance to prove he can help you"
